Learning To Succeed

The program provides participants with tools to identify their source of motivation and to get over any mental obstacles which may be standing in the way of their goal achievement. It helps people align their efforts physically as well as mentally and emotionally. The internal baggage we all carry determines our level of success, the program helps people get rid of the negative baggage which may be slowing down their progress and energize them to face the challenges with renewed enthusiasm and a feeling of control.

Personal Excellence

The main objective of this program is to help the participants understand that motivation comes from within, it is not dependant on external factors, rather it is based on what you want out of life and how badly you want it. The premise of the program is “motivation is your motive to take action”. Once this principle is understood, we then talk about some skills which will help bring a greater level of motivation and teamwork both for the individual as well as the organization.

Building Relationships

The aim of the program is to explore the various strands which form the complex web of interpersonal skills. It is not merely effective communication which leads to harmonious relationships both at work and in our personal lives but developing a deeper understanding about ourselves and how we affect others. The program focuses not on changing others but adapting ourselves by understanding others and responding accordingly.

Emotional Intelligence

Experts now agree that Emotional Intelligence often determines who will climb the corporate ladder and who will be passed over. Exciting new research shows that, unlike IQ, Emotional Intelligence can be developed and increased during any point in your career. This course identifies some of the common misconceptions about intelligence at work and defines three key areas of focus: self-awareness, managing emotions, motivating oneself, empathy and handling relationships.
